Once you make these you and your friends will be hooked for life! They are a so bad but so good! One thing you want to make sure you do wile making Oreo Balls is pay attention to temperatures. Although these bad boys are no bake you can still use a few temperatures to make things go smoothly.

First you want to me make sure you set out your block of cream cheese ahead of time so it will mix smooth in your Kitchen Aid Mixer! The next thing is freeze your Oreo Balls before you dip them in the melted chocolate. This will help you to control the truffle stick and stop pieces of Oreo from breaking off into your chocolate.
